It is crystal clear that CUET is now accepted by a large number of universities and has made the undergraduate course admission process a tad bit easier for both students and universities. The basic and general criteria for general category students applying for CUET is to have at least 50% aggregate marks at the 10+2 level from your respective board. For SC/ST/PwD/OBC/EWS students, the minimum eligibility criteria is to have at least 45% marks at the 10+2 level.
Please keep in mind that these are the basic criteria for applying for CUET and not the qualifying criteria. The marks for admission to different universities may vary from university to university. It is very possible for universities to have higher cut-off marks, depending on the college and the courses. Some courses tend to have higher cut-offs as compared to others; this mostly happens with the courses that are always in more demand as compared to the courses that are not in the limelight. So it is equally important to check the eligibility criteria of the university and/or the course you are interested in, as there is a possibility that it may be a bit different than the rest.
